I had occasion recently to contact Bel Canto in relation to some choral sheet music that I required. I had found a copy of an old arrangement, the type of which was exactly what I wanted for my choir. The music was possibly of American origin.

The telephone call to Bel Canto, resulted in me feeling satisfied that every effort would be made to trace the music.

A short time later, I learned that the music I was after was not available through any outlet in Europe. However, Bel Canto had traced a publisher in the Mid Western United States who could supply what I wanted. To add further problems to Bel Canto, I asked for inspection copies of all the music available by the same composer/arranger.

Within a couple of weeks I was looking at inspection copies of exactly what I had requested and I subsequently ordered, and had smartly delivered, music for my choir.

The service I received from Bel Canto was efficient and  fast and I got exactly what I wanted without fuss, even though the product was not easily available.
